Shipping Policy

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Please note that some orders may be fulfilled via dropshipping partners due to our lean inventory model — in such cases, processing may take up to 5 business days. Products fulfilled via dropshipping are clearly indicated in their product description and may take 7–14 business days for delivery.

Domestic shipping (Czech Republic) We ship via Zásilkovna. Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days. Pickup point delivery is available at thousands of locations across the Czech Republic. Free shipping on orders over 3 800 CZK.

EU shipping We ship to all EU countries. Delivery takes 5–10 business days. Free shipping on orders over 350 EUR.

UK & international shipping We ship to the UK and selected international destinations including the UAE. Delivery takes 7–14 business days depending on destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Customs & duties For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
